Born in Vegas and proudly graduating from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, helping my local community has always been a large part of my life. Starting as a front desk agent at the legendary Mirage Hotel and Casino, while putting myself through college, I fell in love with the fast-paced casino environment. I left the Mirage for the smaller neighbor across the street, Harrah’s Las Vegas, where I served as a Hotel Manager under the legendary Alyssa Mendes. During this time, my interest in IT grew. I learned our hotel systems inside and out, becoming as informed as I could be with the time I had, which wasn’t much with a swing/graveyard shift. After finishing 3 fantastic years at Harrah’s. I followed my passion for IT to Agilysys, a hospitality solutions company that just so happened to make all of the software I used at Harrah’s. I travelled across the globe for 3 years, being mentored by industry superstar Toni Sacramento. I developed a deep understanding of our hotel suite, working closely with nearly all of the major Casino brands across the western hemisphere. I specialized in Stratton Warren, a hospitality-based inventory procurement platform. I managed projects, held sales demonstrations, and spoke at conferences. It gave me a deep technical understanding and the ability to present successfully to C-Suite executives. After many years I left for the Wynn where I was able to manage some of the largest scale projects I have ever worked on. Managing such large scale projects with so many moving parts expanded my knowledge on technical systems to a level I didn’t think I would ever accomplish. It was during this time that I started to put some of that technical knowledge to use for my family and friends. Designing websites, making graphics for stickers and t-shirts, and even installing WiFi for my grandmothers friends. I developed a deep passion for helping smaller organizations and individuals accomplish their IT needs at a price that would make everyone feel warm and fuzzy. I also have a fantastic girlfriend, and two wonderful dogs. If there is anything I can do to assist you in your IT journey, please reach out!
